INJECTABLE SOLUTION

TREATMENT OF SEPTICEMA

 

INGREDIENTS:

Amikacin sulfate………………………………………………. 10 g

Excipient qs …………………………………………………. 100 ml

 

INDICATIONS:

Treatment of respiratory infections, gastrointestinal infections, urinary – genital infections, arthritis in cattle, pigs, goats, poultry, rabbits, dogs and cats.

 

DOSAGE AND ADMINISTRATION: Intramuscular injection for 3-5 consecutive days.

• Pigs, cattle, sheep, goats:1ml/ 10 kg of body weight/ day.
• Dogs & cats:1ml/ 5 kg of body weight/ day.
• Poultry: 1ml/ 5 kg of body weight/ day.

 

WITHDRAWAL PERIOD:

• For meat: 14 days.
• For milk: 03 days.

 

STORAGE: Store in shade and dry place temperature below 30^oC

–           Respiratory infections:  enzootic pneumonia, bronchitis, pleuropneumonia, CRD.

–           Gastrointestinal infections: E. Coli, salmonella infections, Haemorrhagic gastroentritis, diarrhea.

–           Urinary – genital infections: mastitis, cystitis, metritis.
