INJECTABLE SOLUTION

DIURETIC WITH ANTI – INFLAMMATORY AND ANTI – OEDEMA PROPERTIES

 

INGREDIENTS:

Hydrochlorothiazide…………………………………… 5 g

Dexamethasone……………………………………… 50 mg

Excipients qs………………………………………… 100 ml

 

INDICATIONS:

Anti – inflammatory and anti – oedema properties in cattle, horses, goat, sheep.

 

DOSAGE AND ADMINISTRATION:

I.V., I.M. or S.C. administrations.

 

Prevention: – Cattle, horses, pig: 10 ml/ day for 3 days.

 

Treatment:

• Cattle, pig, horses:
• Mild congestions and oedema: 10 ml/ day for 2 – 3 days.
• Severe congestions and oedema: 20 ml/ day for 2 days and 10 ml the third day.
• Sheep, foals, calves: 2 ml/ 40 – 50 kg of b.w. daily for 3 days.

 

Withdrawal period:

• Meat and offal: 3 days.
• Milk: 2 days.
